Term's & Conditions

 

  1. Non Account Customers - Strictly cash with order or for goods over £40 a non refundable deposit of half the total and the balance on collection.
  2. Account Customers - Strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
  3. Credit Accounts will be automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment or credit limit is exceeded.
  4. Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £20.00 per representation.
  5. All goods are subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute a suitable alternative.
  6. Any faults or issues with the goods supplied must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.
  7. Once an item has been decorated it is non-returnable.
  8. No returns are accepted over 14 working days from date of collection or dispatch, or once items are printed or processed in any way.
  9. Any shortages must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.
  10. Ownership of all goods remains the property of Pink Nik Designs until all invoices are paid in full.
  11. Any goods supplied by customers to be printed or processed are done so at their own risk and while all possible care will be taken with the goods, they will be returned to customers in the condition received.
  12. We cannot guarantee that goods supplied by customers for printing or processing will perform to the expected standard of goods supplied by Pink Nik Designs and customers do so at their own risk.
  13. Any goods supplied by customers that do not perform to the expected quality in the requested process is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  14. Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods are released. If your order is urgent alternative payment will be required.
  15. We do not accept personal cheques.
  16. Prices do not include carriage, which will be charged where goods are not collected.
  17. Perfect returns should be authorised by our sales department. We are under no obligation to accept the return of perfect garments. All perfect returns will be subject to a 10% handling charge.
  18. Delivery Charges - please call us for prices.
  19. All redelivery charges as a result of non-attendance are chargeable.
  20. In the event of a dispute which cannot be resolved without recourse to law, the appropriate jurisdiction will be that of Scotland.
